About
The Jewish Russian Community Centre (JRCC) is headed by its founder and Senior Rabbi, Rabbi Yoseph Y. Zaltzman, with Rabbi Mendel Zaltzman as CEO. Its main office connects to a kindergarten, a Jewish school with Bar and Bat Mitzvah preparation, a Judaic studies institute, social services, programs and events, a library and bookstore, the Exodus magazine and a furniture depot.
