Let’s Talk Psychotherapy Centre offers therapy in person or virtually with Chavi Kestenbaum, RP, MACP, and Elisheva Rand, RP, MACP, a certified supervisor. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression including postpartum, grief, self-esteem, family communication, premarital and newlywed counselling, and tension with in-laws or adult children. EMDR is offered, as is supervision for psychotherapists, and most insurance plans cover sessions.
